Called them for a couple of leaking sprinkler heads that 2 different contractors had tried to fix and failed. Jacob came out the same day, greeted me with a firm handshake, and went to work. Throughout the process he explained exactly what he was going to do and what it would cost. He listened to the information I gave him about the history of the system/leaks and dismissed nothing. There was a question about which and how many valves we might have to replace; he was very upfront with me about this uncertainty. There seemed to be a genuine drive to do the job correctly. This was easily the best experience with a contractor I have ever had. 6 out of 5 stars.

Jacob was my technician and he did a fabulous job with my spring inspection. Discovered one sprinkler head needed replacing which Jacob promptly handled. Have been a long time customer of SRP and would heartily recommend.

Evan came to our home and got our sprinkler system up and running in no time. He was extremely knowledgeable and explained everything to my husband as he was checking out our system. We will definitely call Sprinkler Repair Professionals and ask for Evan if we ever have another issue. Definitely recommend this company.

Evan is very knowledgeable about sprinkler system and a good troubleshooter. Isolated the root cause of my problem in a short amount of time. Gave all the repair options with reasonable pricing. He throughly tested all the stations after the repair.

Called for a busted pipe. Jason was very professional in setting up an appointment. However the true star was Damian, he was polite and professional answered all my questions explained things to me and resolved the broken pipe which was alt more serious than originally thought. He got the pipe replaced and the water back on in my home. Wonderful service I would certainly call on them again if needed and recommend them to friends and neighbors. Thanks for a great job.

Had a great experience with this company! Evann was very knowledgeable and let my husband ask him all the questions to make sure we knew what services were needed/recommended. Owner even sent a personal email afterwards as a follow up. Really happy with how quickly the work was completed and the price was great too!

Jason, the owner, was so awesome calling me right back and working us into their schedule for same day service. Zac did an amazing job repairing/replacing our sprinkler backflow preventer apparatus after the recent freeze. He was extremely responsive to our needs and the repair cost was very reasonable. They are professional and courteous and I would highly recommend them for all of your sprinkler system needs!!

Excellent SAME DAY repairs! Professional, knowledgeable and great workmanship! We called to schedule an inspection of our sprinkler system and Jason was so accommodating over the phone. He said they'll do the inspection and then if we want them to make the adjustments and/or repairs, they'll do them immediately that same day! Highly recommend this company!
